What, me worry?

We owe the IRS.

We owe the IRS a lot.

And not only are we going to have to pay the IRS, we are also going to have to shrink our paychecks for the rest of the year to make sure we don't owe next year.

So, in other words, expect me not to leave the house for the next 14 months unless it's in a body bag.

Good things can come out of this - namely in the area of my Buddha belly shrinking and any spending impulses curbed - but right now I'm still hanging out in the area of Overwhelmed, Stunned, and Feeling Mildly Idiotic.

Other stuff going on, but, as usual, it's too gossipy or too personal for this blog, which mostly involves things like... knitting. I'm doing a lot of that. There may be pictures. That would be good.
